Perform shipping, receiving, freight, perpetual count, bin stock orders, making hoses, filling batteries and back order procedures with a high degree of accuracy

and in a timely manner.

Process all documentation generated in the parts department.

Primary:

Accurate, timely deliveries and/or pick-ups to specified customers at scheduled location time and day of small parts and components.

·

Complete appropriate delivery and pick-up documentation. Secure loads for transportation as appropriate.

Secondary :

·

Maintain utilized work areas, equipment and tools to promote a safe and clean environment.

·

Other duties and special projects as assigned.

·

Adhere to company policies, procedures and safety regulations. Use all safety equipment necessary. Report any unsafe acts or conditions.

·

Accurately maintain all required company travel vehicle documentation.

·

When not making deliveries, fill customer orders or perform other warehouse duties.

·

Maintain vehicle to ensure it is mechanically sound and clean.

·

Work varying shifts and overtime as necessary.

·

Other duties as assigned. Adhere to company policies, procedures and safety regulations. Use all safety equipment as necessary. Report any unsafe acts or conditions.

Position Specifications:

Education:

·

High School diploma, GED or trade school equivalent.

·

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

·

Ability to read and understand materials commonly used in the parts division.

·

Valid Nevada Driver License with an acceptable driving record.

Technical Training:

·

Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with all co-workers, customers and the general public.

·

Professional phone and customer service skills.

·

Ability to be certified and skilled in forklift operation.

·

Math skills for critical measurement.

·

Able to operate small machines and tools.

·

Proficient computer technology skills, including ability to utilize other company authorized software.

·

Knowledge of CAT equipment/components/parts

Experience:

·

Driven a motor vehicle with a valid license for more than three (3) years.

·

Certified and able to operate a lift truck.

Work Environment:

·

Shop/warehouse environment with exposure to heat, cold, dust, dirt and noise.

·

Field environment with exposure to adverse weather conditions including heat, cold, wind, rain, dust, dirt and noise.

·

Occasional travel and overnight stays.

Physical / Mental Abilities:

·

Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with position and responsibilities.

·

Self-motivated and detail oriented with the ability to work with minimum supervision.

·

Stand/walk 1-4 hours a day, and/or sit 5-6 hours a day.

·

Occasionally lift 80 – 100 lbs. Must be able to occasionally bend, squat and climb, including the ability to ascend and descend ladders.

·

Must use hands for repetitive simple grasping, pushing, pulling and fine manipulation.
