This position will be responsible for:
- Communicating with departments, dealers, and/or end users via phone, fax, or email regarding product return authorization and order status of Draper products.
- Investigating and correcting discrepancies involving products already received by customers or past due orders not yet shipped.
- Researching and negotiating calls on either return of manufacturing authorizations, credits, freight issues or status of shipment dates and follow up with customers.
- Forwarding returns paperwork to appropriate areas.
- Maintaining CRM (Contact Resource Management) system follow-up files for on-going returns, freight, or order status issues.
- Backing up Traffic Support, Order Status, and Order Expeditor positions within the Customer Service Department.
