Performance Pain and Sports Medicine of Houston seeks a full time front desk receptionist/ hospitality specialist for brand new practice opening June 2016. The practice boasts a nicely appointed and sprawling 10,000 sq ft office where we offer the highest quality care and optimal patient outcomes with our integrated team of non-surgical orthopedic specialists (Physiatrists), physical therapists and chiropractors. Our organization has expanded to 5 independent practices across NJ, PA and TX and more to come! This is the ideal opportunity to get in at the ground level with a successful and growing organization.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: securing new patients, following up on leads, answering multi-line phone, analysis of patient trends, marketing support, greeting all visitors and patients, scheduling patient appointments, managing the providers’ schedules, tending to and accommodating patients’ needs, processing paperwork, providing office support to clinical and staff and management, and administrative support.
The ideal candidate will have availability for the following possible shifts: 6:45am-3:45pm, 8:00am-5:00pm, 9:30am-6:30pm & 11:00am-8:00pm.
A pleasant disposition and high level of professionalism are a must! Previous experience in healthcare, hospitality or sales is a plus. The ideal candidate should have a working knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Excel and Word and must be well written and spoken. Candidates must be sharp and able to think on their feet and be solution oriented. Business and customer service savvy candidates will excel in this position.
Excellent benefit package including paid time off and medical/dental/vision insurance offered to full-time employees after 90 day probation. Hourly rate is $13 and up depending on experience.
