  • Experience in both sales and service oriented fields preferred

  • Experience in a call center environment preferred

    *

  • Customer-centric written and verbal communication

    *

  • Accurate and quick keyboarding skills

    *

  • Comfortable multitasking with phone and simultaneous use of multiple computer programs

    *

  • Excellent telephone customer service skills

    *

  • Ability to sell over the phone

    *

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    *

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

*

  • Answer incoming customer phone calls from multiple accounts

    *

  • Respond to customer inquiries from email, voicemail, fax and phone, providing excellent customer service

    *

  • Process new customer orders from email, voicemail, fax, and phone

    *

  • Strives for first call resolution to all clients inquires

    *

  • Provides product information and answers questions regarding existing orders

    *

  • Handles customer service issues by evaluating customer needs and determining the best course of action to achieve resolution

    *

  • Impacts incremental sales by offering related or promotional items on every call

    *

  • Maintain exceptional attendance and punctuality

    *

  • Allows for flexibility and changes within the growing department

    *

  • Maintains high level of professionalism when interacting with internal departments, and customers

    *

  • Exhibits high level of customer service to ensure smooth operations and happy customers

    *

  • Contributes to overall success of the team by sharing best practices, and being open to learning best practices from other team members and leadership

    *

  • Contributes to a team environment which enthusiastically embraces goals and drives behaviors to meet and/or exceed them

    *

  • Consistently meet or exceed Sales and Service Level targets

    *

  • Other job duties and projects as assigned
