Cartier North America is seeking a Greeter who will be responsible for greeting, assessing needs and directing clients to the appropriate department or representative, in the Historical Cartier New York Flagship boutique on 52nd Street, in order to ensure the highest level of client experience. The ideal candidate will be able to personify the Cartier spirit through a deep understanding and conveyance of brand values, culture, and image.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Key responsibility 1:
Greeting and attending to clients
Provide a consistently excellent client experience by maintaining the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism
Greet, assess needs and direct clients to appropriate department or representative or familiarize clients with boutique layout and available resources while they wait
Manage wait times and client expectations to help monitor boutique flow
Thank clients as they leave
Key responsibility 2:
Operational support
Daily set up and break down of boutique for opening/closing
Assist with Boutique projects as needed (inventory, organization, restocking of supplies, etc…).
Assist as needed with beverage service and gift wrapping
Key responsibility 3:
Knowledge and compliance
Develop basic knowledge of brand and products to convey Cartier heritage and values
Understand and comply with Cartier security and operational procedures (i.e. product handling, inventory control, etc.)
Key responsibility 4:
Brand Ambassador
Uphold Cartier image by maintaining professional demeanor at all times and be an Ambassador for the Brand on Fifth Avenue
