Description The Operations Specialist is responsiblefor order entry into the Efuel system, initial customer contact for problemsolving, ensuring that loads are confirmed with carriers, and that orders arebilled timely and accurately. Responsibilities Initial Phone Contactand Order Entry Receivecustomer calls using a pleasant and helpful strategy Identifycustomer needs Enterorders into the Efuel system in a timely manner Handlecarrier calls in a timely manner when delivery problems exist Identifycustomer problems and connect customer to other departments for resolution Coordinatewith supply department to get best possible source Immediatelycontact FS&S group when a service call comes to them. A direct transfer ofthe call needs to be made person to person and not leave a voicemail or email Inventory Management Reviewcustomer’s AM tank readings Plandeliveries as indicated by current fuel level and average daily usage Monitormarket direction and adjust delivery time as necessary Leastcost route to ensure best cost for Mansfield CSR (Invoice) Review Receiveand review invoices created by pre-invoicing department for orders placed bythe CSR. Load Confirmation Identifyorders that have not been confirmed by the carrier Contactcarriers to validate reception of the order Loadconfirmations are completed between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. every day |
