Skills Required:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and Word
- SAP experience a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to read and write in English
- Ability to read and interpret documents
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide
- Flexibility to work overtime when necessary
- Ability to train new employees in the role of Shipping Clerk activities
- 2-3 years work experience in SAP or 2-3 years in logistics/shipping –

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with internal customers, peers, management and vendors
- Follow shipping practices, procedures, and transportation routing
- Timely communication of any shipment delays to supervisor and/or concerned parties according to procedure.
- Ensure timely booking requests are performed for daily shipments
- Generate all shipping documents needed for both international and domestic orders * Understand and enforce all QMS procedures, protocols, and safe practices
- Ensure supplies for shipping office are stocked and order new products as required
- Verify FedEx, UPS deliveries against packing lists and communicate to Procurement Planner
- Process SAP transactions, goods receipts, requisitions and issues
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Actively seek out training to increase your working knowledge of SAP
- Manage a wide scope of tasks with multiple deadlines under minimal supervision while ensuring the results are delivered on time and accurate.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail.
- Work well independently and in a team environment as a mature professional with a positive attitude
