Customer Service Representative - Gold Bond, Inc - Hixson, TN





Job Descriptions:
Position Summary: Provide excellent customer service by answering incoming phone calls and emails to assist customers with inquiries, fulfill request, and resolve problems. Also, place outbound calls to both obtain and provide necessary information to complete an order.

Required Experience:
Education Requirements: High School Diploma


Skill Requirements: Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required, ability to type 35 wpm, data/note entry skills, and phone skills.


Physical Requirements: The ability to sit for long periods of time.


Mental Requirements: Customer Focus*, strong work ethic, attention to detail*, ability to learn*, multi-tasking*, people skills*, verbal communication, excellent listening skills, and ability to build relationships.
