Customer Service Agents – Key Responsibilities Include
Assisting customers in a friendly and courteous manner
Resolving customer issues
Asking meaningful questions to offer the customer the best solution
Providing flight status updates
Updating computer records for passengers
Customer Service Agents – Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED
One (1) year of customer service experience
Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
Customer Service Agents – Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge and experience in the aviation industry
Advanced computer literacy
Bilingual
