Bowling Green Care Center is seeking an experienced Cook to join our team!


The Cook will prepare meals according to the daily menu and diet specifications in-order to ensure successful completion of daily meal service operation.


Position Responsibilities:


  • Must follow all federal,state and local regulations and standards and care center policies and procedures.

  • Ensures proper preparation, portioning and serving of meals.

  • Maintains an accurate log of food temperatures daily.

  • Prepares food according to recipe and ensures palatability

  • Cleans and sanitizes equipment and areas of the kitchen according to established policies and procedures.

  • Operates all food service equipment safely.
