PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The Creative Director will be responsible for the oversight of the online and offline content development in the areas of brand management, writing/editing, design, resource gathering, project management and production. This will be accomplished through collaboration with key stakeholders across the organization, and by contributing to the development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing calendar that outlines the majority of PRD activities to achieve fundraising goals over the fiscal year.
The Director will also oversee PR. This will include work with the PR agency and internal staff to respond to inquiries from the press, create a strategy to get FH positive press coverage, and train key persons to interact with the press.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Key Result #1 – Oversee and Coordinate Content Production (approximate 35% of time).
Key Result #2 – Develop and manage the brand (approximate 15% of time).
Key Result #3 – Develop Marketing Calendar (approximate 15% of time).
Key Result #4 – PR Management (approximate 15% of time).
Key Result #5- Personal / team development and manage budget (approximate 20% of time).
