Senior Project Analyst



Plans, organizes, and supports project activities (or series of smaller projects/task orders of a larger program) for successful performance consistent with contractual agreements. Supports deliverable tracking and management reporting. Responsible for maintaining and developing client relationships. Acquires follow-on business associated with assigned projects and supports new business development by leading or assisting with proposals. Assist with project management and budget activities. Activities may include tracking of rulemaking schedules, standards, legislative activities, and policy initiatives. Other activities may include providing budget analysis and tracking support; the preparation of briefing materials and coordinating with federal and contractor support staff.

Tracks deliverable status and reports project/program performance to business area leadership.

Plans and organizes program/project scope, conducts cost, schedule, and technical analysis and performs professional or technical work related to program management.


Evaluates implications of processes, policies, and laws on existing or proposed projects/programs and implements improvements.


Provides routine project management support in terms of reporting and project deliverable tracking for a medium-size infrastructure, desktop, and customer support services contract.


Leads the execution effort for the contract.


Plans and organizes program/project activities and analysis and performs professional or technical work related to program management.


Evaluates implications of existing or proposed projects, programs, processes, and policies/laws and recommends improvements.


Plans, organizes, completes, and presents assessments of program/project management concepts, analyses, studies, and procedures.
