You are a natural problem-solver with a knack for customer service. You appreciate the impact individual conversations can have on building customer relationships and generating customer loyalty. You will instill confidence in our customers, build trust in Blackbaud as a valued partner and have a significant impact on our customers’ experience with our product through effective engagement and timely resolution. You have a passion for shaping your local, national and international community through the work of nonprofit organizations.

We work in a supportive, team-focused atmosphere to challenge standard solutions and help our nonprofit customers achieve success

We communicate with our nonprofit customers by phone, email and chat to answer questions and offer resolutions

We take time to troubleshoot, research and test complex scenarios within the software when necessary

We create solutions and deliver them to our nonprofit customers, matching their level of expertise

We prioritize appropriately and take ownership of ongoing customer action plans working towards ultimate and timely resolution for our nonprofit customers

We collaborate within the team to promote excellence in customer support, share ideas and knowledge and contribute to the success of Blackbaud as a global organization


What skills should you already have?

Demonstrated computer proficiency

Exceptional time management and prioritization abilities

Proven Customer Service skills; experience in a customer-focused, deadline-oriented environment

Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies and a drive to solve problems efficiently and with creativity

A natural inquisitiveness and a desire to understand how things work

Demonstrated knowledge & exposure to internet skills in HTML, CSS and web hosting


We’ll be excited if you also have these skills….

Experience with CRM or ticket management software and exposure to Windows-based applications

Previous troubleshooting experience and superior problem-solving abilities

Knowledge of JavaScript and Content Management Systems

Experience troubleshooting IIS web server and Windows based application server technologies
