Schedule
This is a permanent part time position which will average between 20 and 20 hours per week.
Position Responsibilities
Create, update and maintain Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations.
Understand and interpret numbers based on sales figures and margins/percentages in order to track, document, and report on KPIs (key performance indicators) and efficiencies for the sales team.
Train and serve as back up support to the branch Office Assistant in areas such as payroll, account payables, and new hire orientations.
Create new customer accounts through Master Data and process customer master maintenance additions and changes accurately and efficiently.
Answer office phones and direct calls as required.
Meet demanding schedules while striving for accuracy.
Maintain a high level of integrity when dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
Perform other similar duties as requested.

Qualifications
High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)
2 years’ experience in an office setting
2 years’ experience with Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, writing functions, V Look-Ups)
2 years’ experience tracking, consolidating, interpreting, and reporting numbers
1 year experience with Microsoft PowerPoint
