We have an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic organization in New York.


Job Description:
We are seeking a Marketing Specialist who is passionate about marketing and technology. This role will be crucial to the Corporate Marketing team’s success, working closely with relevant team members on strategic and tactical initiatives to improve Presidio’s awareness, engagement and lead gen performance. The Specialist will be responsible for supporting digital marketing, handling marketing operations and budgeting, and planning and reporting on all marketing activities companywide. We are looking for a bright, innovative and highly motivated individual who wants to take on new challenges in an entrepreneurial environment. The position is based in our NYC-One Penn office.


Job Responsibilities


Digital Marketing Support:
SEO: Power-user for implementation of a new SEO/analytics tool, identify trending topics for thought-leadership recommendations on our BU solutions’ content; conduct ongoing organic web-optimization with external agency, and search-optimized content recommendations for editorial calendar.


Content Creation: Manage Presidio Win of the Week communications with AM and writer; help manage editorial calendar for content creation including blogs, videos, case studies, infographics and social/web.


Web and Social Media Support : Manage web changes and ticket small projects with outside agency; support all social channels, including cross-sharing and –promoting content with partners, assist with bi-weekly social communications


Analytics/Reporting/ROI : Regular reporting on all Corporate Marketing programs and ROI, including digital metrics web traffic, social, content reach, SEO and PPC, inbound and outbound leads; metrics for national OEM programs including roll-up of relevant Area marketing stats, and Area lead assignment/tracking.


Marketing Planning and Operations: Assist in Corporate marketing planning, and manage/report on activities to plan; manage marketing community calls; ensure team access to training for general, social and internal tools; secure/report on OEM marketing funding, track budget to actuals and track accounts payable and accounts receivable for the corporate marketing budget


Required Skills


Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or relevant area


2 years of experience in B2B marketing, with experience in Consulting or OEM partners a plus


Demonstrates an understanding of digital marketing principles and analysis


High proficiency with Google Analytics, Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn


Familiarity with marketing technologies like Salesforce, Marketo, HootSuite, CMS, Hubspot, Exact Target, etc; OEM partner funding systems a plus


Experienced at manipulating data and using data tools; using Excel pivot tables, vlookups etc. is second nature, excellent data analysis and visualization skills and use of tools

Demonstrates a reliable, dependable and trustworthy work ethic with a strong sense of integrity


Able to manage multiple projects at a time to completion, communicating regularly with stakeholders and escalating as needed to meet deadlines


Fine attention to detail, accurate work product


Strong time management, project skills, and ability to work in a multi-tasking environment
