Strong and proven analytical and technical skills and experience with project implementation plans and processes

Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, Outlook, and Word)

Experienced with Microsoft Access, pulling and analyzing data from multiple sources.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Minimum education required of the position

Typically requires a college or university degree in related field or the equivalent work experience


Minimum experience required of the position

5 years within a customer service environment.

DESIRED REQUIREMENTS

BS Degree in Management or related field.

5 years customer service experience in a vehicle maintenance environment.

Experience with Service Suite.
