Customer Service Specialist - NASP - Shelby, NC






Position will be responsible for the following:


  • CRM preparation and development

  • Customer support via email and phone

  • Create and schedule email blast every week through various software programs

  • Class preparation and event coordination

  • Support during class including taking pictures/videos, orders, serving lunches, and cleanup

  • Printing, preparation, and shipping of certificates

  • Process payment requests for customers

  • Stock office supplies and complete errands for office

  • Update PDFs, PowerPoints

  • Shipping support

Required Skills


  • Fluent in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe, etc.

  • Basic knowledge of email marketing strategies

  • Knowledge of drag and drop software

  • Knowledge of shipping software and procedures

  • Ability to think critically and learn course structure quickly
