Receptionist - Physician Clinic FT - Vaughan Regional Medical Center - Selma, AL





Job Summary: Provides a variety of administrative tasks in order to provide patient care. Greets patients on arrival, registers patients to be seen by physician/ nurse practitioner, makes appointments, answers telephone.

Qualifications


Education: HS/GED


Experience Previous office work experience preferred.


Skills: Typing, good public relations, read/comprehend written instructions. Independent worker who possesses initiative and excellent organizational skills. High degree of accuracy, concentration and confidentiality.


Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods, walk at least _2_ hours per day, lift/carry _5_ pounds, hear alarms and telephone rings, distinguish colors, perform repetitive tasks/motions, have good eye/hand/foot coordination, and have clear vision at 20 or more feet with vision corrective device.
