WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITIONS?
Throughout the year we have opportunities for entry-level through experienced Actuarial students in a variety of our P&C and Life business areas. As a participant in our Actuarial Student Programs, your work experience is designed not only to assist you in passing your actuarial exams but also to assist you in developing the performance and leadership skills to flourish as an Actuary. Our rotation program is structured to insure you are equipped with well rounded skill sets in both traditional and non traditional business areas. You ‘ll have study time scheduled into your workday, paid review courses for each exam, and automatic salary increases for passing each exam. Some of the key responsibilities of the Actuarial Students position include: pricing, establish rates, product development, constructing analytical models, performing financial projections, reserving, building models, evaluation of loss costs, manipulation of loss triangles, creating time curves, developing frequency projections, adhoc assignments, presenting results to customers and evaluating risk measures and severity trends.

Qualifications
- General Computer Skills (Word, Excel, Access)
- Specialized Computer Skills (SAS, R, Department specific tools)
- Actuarial Concepts & Techniques
- Line of Business Knowledge
- Completion of at least 2 SOA or CAS exams
- Previous actuarial internship or fulltime experience
