The Global Marketing team is looking for a consultant to assist in the development of the ‘Landscape to Launch’ framework – a process and accompanying tools that facilitate the journey from market landscaping to launching a solution in market.

**To aid proposal writers and research managers in the estimation of costs for conducting research in particular settings, PSI seeks a consultant to develop a research costing tool.
The purpose of a research costing tool is three-fold:
- It will provide better cost estimates for research studies during proposal development or program budgeting processes;
- It will ensure the consistent inclusion of all research-related expenditures within locally developed research budgets; and
- It will engender greater discipline regarding the analysis of research costs against proposal budgets and allow for the identification of efficiencies.
What are we looking for?
- Tool development and creation experience
- Knowledge of financial and budget processes
- Superior excel expertise
- Good communications skills, with the ability to develop clear guidelines to support the implementation of the costing tool
Timeline: Work is expected to start in ASAP in July 2016 and continue through to Q3 2016.
