JOB SUMMARY: Hours are 2:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. Monday thru Friday
The General Labor 2 Distribution position entails numerous labor tasks within the distribution center. There are a variety of tasks this position performs, which may vary from day to day. The tasks to be performed include, but are not limited to the following:

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Hemming hemming of garments on hemming machine
- AutoSew applying nametags and emblems using an autosew machine
- Quality Control Inspector inspecting garments coming from Work Teams before leaving the building
- Picking picking garments from designated bins utilizing pick sheet or RF scan gun directs to location.
- Shipping taking garments out of totes or trolleys and placing in designated big pack, initialing issue ticket
- Ability to meet the education, work experience, skills and competencies listed below
- All other duties as assigned

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to understand and operate within safety rules, operating and maintenance
instructions and procedure manuals

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Relevant experience working in a distribution/warehouse environment is preferred, but not required

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
- Ability to perform the relevant above-mentioned essential job functions with a high
degree of accuracy
- Ability to make independent decisions without supervision
- Computer/PC/Technical aptitude preferred, previous experience with Excel is preferred
- The position requires meeting or exceeding quotas
- Ability to operate simple machinery
- Ability to communicate effectively

Activities to support this objective include:

• Creating architectural and technology roadmaps that result in stronger business/IT alignment and that drive adoption and value from the Enterprise Agreement.

• Orchestrating the use of the Microsoft network of resources formally from within the Architect’s individual engagement. This can range from formal architectural systems design through to general technology consulting and beyond.
