Think Specialist Recruitment is working with a global business, seeking a Customer Service/Sales Administrator to join their team. Working at their site in Hemel Hempstead, the role will ensure a first-class service is provided to customers and any queries are responded to and resolved as quickly as possible. We are seeking candidates with previous sales administration/order fulfilment experience, ideally having worked for an international company or a company supplying goods worldwide.


Duties to include:


  • Responding to all customer enquiries (via telephone and email)

  • Processing orders and ensuring all customer/order information is correct

  • Raising all paperwork for orders

  • Provide updates on the status of customer orders

  • Answer customer queries regarding products and services

  • Raising and investigating purchase orders

  • Progress customer enquiries and ensure customer is kept up to date

  • Ensure the satisfaction and retention of customers by providing an excellent service

  • Liaise with internal departments to rectify issues or resolve queries

Candidate requirements:


  • Previous customer service experience (flexible on industry background)

  • Ideally some experience of working for an international company or a business that supplies goods on an international basis

  • Previous sales administration experience (including order processing/order fulfilment)

  • Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
