An Accounts Assistant is responsible for credit control activities and all associated query management, and is responsible for providing a professional and helpful end to end service to both our internal and external customers.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Credit Control
- Day to day ledger management and housekeeping
- Cash collection and chasing debt
- Held orders
- Deductions / Queries management
- Help management monitor team performance using KPIs packs
Customer Service
- Be the first point of contact for query resolution, where appropriate
- Deal with customers (telephone, face to face and via email)
- Prompt response to enquiries
- Handle and resolve to queries and complaints
Technical Skills
- Credit Control experience
- Good attention to detail
- Reconciliation skills
- Advanced excel skills
This contract is until the end of the year and we are looking for people who are available within 2 weeks notice.
