Finance Assistant - Credit Control (26584879)




An Accounts Assistant is responsible for credit control activities and all associated query management, and is responsible for providing a professional and helpful end to end service to both our internal and external customers.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES



Credit Control


  • Day to day ledger management and housekeeping

  • Cash collection and chasing debt

  • Held orders

  • Deductions / Queries management

  • Help management monitor team performance using KPIs packs

Customer Service


  • Be the first point of contact for query resolution, where appropriate

  • Deal with customers (telephone, face to face and via email)

  • Prompt response to enquiries

  • Handle and resolve to queries and complaints

Technical Skills


  • Credit Control experience

  • Good attention to detail

  • Reconciliation skills

  • Advanced excel skills

This contract is until the end of the year and we are looking for people who are available within 2 weeks notice.
