The Call Center Representative handles heavy volume of inbound calls for scheduling for multiple providers with in Rockdale Physician Practices. Serves patients by determining reason for call, answering inquires, fulfilling requests. This position is instrumental in the clinical production including, scheduling, insurance verification, and maintain full schedules for providers. This position has interaction with patients in the following categories: adolescents, adult, and geriatric. This is a non-exempt position. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent, with knowledge of customer service principles and practices. Prefer some experience in a call center or customer service environment. Some medical office terminology preferred. Excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette. Attention to detail and great data entry skills, ability to multi-task.
