Job Title: Customer Service Position
Location: Baltimore, MD 21244
Pay: $13.59/hr. Bilingual (spanish) – $15/hr.
Hours: between 8am – 9pm M-F, Sat 8am – 4pm and Sun 8am – 2pm (must be flexible to work any shift)
Term: Long term temp-hire
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to Exchange Call Center inquiries and complaints received by telephone, IVR, and web portal using applicable reference materials from the Knowledge Management System (KMS), Frequently Asked Questions, and other online resources to provide information as appropriate to resolve inquiries and complaints.
- Direct callers through plan comparison on the web portal and assist with other self-service tools as appropriate.
- Process QHP enrollments, plan changes, and dis-enrollments and update the CRM.
- Handling 70-80 calls per day
Requirements:
–At least 1 year of continuous call center experience or health and human services
–2 years of customer service experience
–Prior health insurance experience a plus
–Computer literacy
–Professional demeanor and positive
–High School Diploma and Ged required
–Willing to submit to background check and drug test
