Data Entry
Location: ALS Geochemistry – Elko, NV *
Reports to: * Branch Manager
About the Position
We have a Data Entry positions available in our Sample Preparation Data department.
Specific Responsibilities
- Answers phone;
- Processes incoming and outgoing mail;
- Participates as a solid team player and maintains confidentiality;
- Filing and other general administrative duties;
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor;
- Extensive data entry.
About you
- Excellent computer skills;
- Solid keyboarding skills with an emphasis on accuracy;
- Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to multi-task and to handle shifting priorities and changing workloads;
- Strong people skills and the ability to work in a team environment;
- Excellent customer service with the will and desire to help others.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of high school graduation; or GED.
- 1 – 2 years relevant work experience;
- Management experience is a plus;
- Previous experience working within a data entry capacity.
