Full time License and Title Clerk - Enterprise Rent-A-Car - United States

Enterprise Holdings Fleet Department has an opening for a License and Title Clerk based out of the administrative office in San Ramon, CA. The License and Title Clerk will provide general administrative, reporting and office support to the Fleet Department.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate and distribute titles to sellers based upon payment types in a timely manner

Coordinate with the logistics team regarding outstanding titles

Research title location based upon TMS (title management system)

Assist team with various administrative tasks

Must also have strong time-management/organizational skills and strong attention to detail. Candidates should be comfortable working independently and in a team environment.

Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age

Must have a high school diploma or GED

Must have at least one year of experience in an administrative support position

Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)

Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

Must have a single valid drivers license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years

No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years

Must be able to work full-time, 40 hours a week Monday-Friday
