QUALIFICATIONS
Accredited High School Diploma or equivalent (U.S.A. equivalency); college or university hours preferred
Ability to communicate in written and oral format
Must have basic computational mathematic skills
Must perform professionally in adhering to test procedures and work schedules
Ability to communicate and work effectively with district staff
Ability to work school day schedule as needed (
peak season from February to September, especially in the summer)
Must have personal vehicle
Ability to travel to all Dallas ISD schools
Bilingual/biliterate in English and Spanish will be given greater consideration
BASIC FUNCTIONS
Administer the Woodcock Munoz Language Survey-Revised (WMLS-R) test to PK-12 speakers of other languages at school and district levels
Adhere strictly to language proficiency test directions and scoring procedures
Work with district staff to provide appropriate testing conditions and scoring procedures
Work with district staff to provide appropriate testing conditions and to efficiently complete testing with minimum
disruption in student and school schedules
Organize testing process and maintain testing records completed by school site
Perform all other tasks and duties as assigned
$14.51 per hour
Selected individuals for Dallas Independent School District positions will be placed according to compensation guidelines.
A campus-based employee may not assume a new position for which he/she was selected based upon the posting process until the end of the current semester, unless approved by the executive director – Human Resources.
