Receptionist/Office Assistant - Pink Stone Capital Group - New York, NY


Real Estate management company seeks full time receptionist for our SoHo office. The ideal candidate has about 1 year experience in an office setting as a receptionist or a clerical assistant.


Responsibilities will include:


Answering phones and transferring calls to the appropriate party


Taking messages as needed


Assisting with simple administrative tasks as needed


Accepting and signing for packages or deliveries


Handling incoming and outgoing mail


Maintaining general cleanliness of the reception area, kitchen, and conference room


Keeping a list of supplies needed and submitting to Sr admin weekly


Keeping track of daily office attendance and submitting to Sr admin weekly


Copying, scanning, faxing, filing, labeling, and clerical tasks as needed


Other various tasks as needed


Qualifications:


Minimum Education – High School Diploma (some college preferred)


Ability to communicate in English efficiently (oral and written; good spelling and grammatical skills a MUST)


Must be able to accurately follow directions and complete tasks with minimal supervision


Ability to lift up to 50 lbs


Professional demeanor a MUST


Bilingual a PLUS


Hours 9am – 6pm M-F


Salary depending on education and experience
