- Maintains inventory and ensures accuracy of branch inventory by comparing counts to inventory reports; and tracks/distributes products to technicians
- Enters daily Return Authorizations (RAs) and ships to designated return facility
- * Unloads shipments from all delivery vehicles and common carriers and verifies warehouse delivery inventory
- Sorts, stacks, and rotates inventory
- Enters weekly warehouse order into the appropriate database

- ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT:
- Orders office supplies from preferred office supply vendor and shipping supplies from United Parcel Service, and responsible for all UPS shipments and mailings
- Performs general clerical duties, to include but not limited to photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing.
- Creates and updates documents using Microsoft Office products
- Maintains cleanliness of facility
- Answer telephones to assist company representatives and customers
- Meets and greets all customers and visitors
- Other clerical duties as assigned JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Education —
- High School Diploma required
- Minimum of one year experience supporting inventory or warehouse operations
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Products (especially MS Excel)
- Ability to lift up to 60lbs.
- Ability to push/pull up to 500lbs using a pallet jack or pallet stacker
- Prior experience operating a forklift is desired; candidate must be able to pass forklift certification and operate forklift regularly in warehouse locations utilizing a forklift.
