Payment Processing Specialist (Part time) CINC Systems is currently seeking a Payment Processing Specialist part time employee to join our team, working remotely from home. The hours of this position will be Monday and Friday’s up to 6 hours as needed, and approximately 6+ hours each day Monday – Friday, for the week around quarter ends and from late December through the middle to end of February. CINC Systems provides fully integrated accounting and banking for large scale homeowners associations and management companies. Individuals would be responsible for the following: •Posting payments received through lockbox, which are not accompanied by a corresponding coupon; •Researching payments with incomplete information for posting to the appropriate homeowner/association; •Post payments which are split among several accounts as necessary; •Process payment returns as necessary; •Other duties as required including scanning payments, forwarding and sorting rejected payments to management company clients. Ideal candidates will have exemplary attention to detail and accuracy, and ability to review details quickly and accurately. Ideal candiates will have two (2) years of accounting/bookkeeping/or proof experience working with an accounting/banking software package. Candidates must be familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite of products.
