The challenge
We are looking for an experienced data expert to help partners grow their businesses by working with Adobe. You will be part of the Adobe Marketing Cloud Alliance organization helping a key group of technology partners (including ISVs, data companies, infrastructure companies, and hardware vendors) get the most out of their commitment to Adobe. As [Data SME] you will work directly with third-party data partners and Adobe customers to drive transactions via the Adobe Audience Marketplace data exchange. You will map potential sales opportunities and provide third-party data subject matter expertise pre- and post-sale to Adobe Audience Manager customers. Successful candidates will have a strong understanding of the third-party data ecosystem and will be passionate about helping partners achieve success.
What you’ll do
Engage with the key stakeholders of the Audience Manager team – Field, Product, Product Marketing, Customers and Adobe Global Services (AGS)
Provide Pre-Sales Support for qualified opportunities
Train and educate the sales team as needed
Provide voice-of-the-data seller and competitive feedback to Product
Provide competitive feedback, Go to Market strategy and ecosystem updates to Product Marketing
Activate Customers on Audience Marketplace with paid partner program data sellers
Respond to customer RFPs for third-party data in partnership with Data Sellers
Identify best use cases for third party data activation and work with Customers to create case studies
Be the Adobe Data Partner face internally with stakeholders, externally at industry events and client interactions
Activate and educate the AGS team to ensure highest level of Customer Satisfaction
Influence Business Development teams to improve supply and support for third-party data products
Execute programs to drive awareness and customer enablement of third-party data and Audience Marketplace
Deliver presentations and technical demonstrations
Travel to partners or customer offices and events (25% of the time, or as necessary)
What you need to succeed
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Minimum of 5 year of third-party data sales or digital ad sales experience
Strong working knowledge of the third-party data supplier market and use cases for third-party data
Prior and recent experience working directly with partners or strategic customers
Strong oral and written communication skills including proficient presentation and demonstration skills via phone and web
Ability to operate in extremely fast pace environment with multiple competing priorities
Ability to appropriately align communications with intended audiences
Ability to operate in an environment with diverse stakeholders
Ability to operate in ambiguous situations while bringing clarity
