Overview/Purpose The Executive Assistant will support the Head of Network Sales Marketing and Head of Media Strategy for all administrative needs and will act as a key liaison between Condé Nast Media Group, Condé Nast Entertainment, external partners, and Condé Nast’s 22 brands. Primary Responsibilities: Responsibilities include: · Managing calendars, phone correspondence, expenses, travel arrangements, and document organization for the Head of Network Sales Marketing and Head of Media Strategy · Coordinating internal and external meetings, organizing and preparing presentations as well as reporting as needed. · Organizing and maintaining client contacts · Drafting correspondence · Learning the fundamentals of integrated advertising sales process through support on interdepartmental projects · Maintain Sales Marketing RFP Pipeline document · Ability to work with Sales Marketing team to assist in creating decks, one sheets, and other materials as needed. Requirements: The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, experiences and qualities: · Passion for advertising sales, marketing, and media strategy · Positive attitude & dedication to excellence · Superior organizational and writing skills, detail oriented, and punctual · Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment · Ability to anticipate the needs of his/her direct report · College degree required · Demonstrated 1-2 years professional experience within a leading talent, technology, or advertising agency · Extremely computer savvy · Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Mac operating systems, Google Drive/Docs and Keynote required.
