Job Description:
Title: Shipping Supervisor
Reports to: Logistics Manager. Daily schedule 8:00 – 5:00.
Responsibilities: Handle all phases of shipping, both domestically and internationally
Prioritize, check, pack and ship orders via UPS, FedEx and freight
Ensure the timely packing and shipping of hundreds of orders daily
Maintain SAP order flow/details in an accurate and timely manner
Manage a crew of 2 to 6 shipping clerks
Prepare accurate shipment packing detail (using Excel & SAP)
Monitor and maintain adequate inventory of shipping supplies
Be willing to take on business tasks as needed
Handle multiple issues and duties simultaneously
Requirements: 3 to 5 years domestic and int’l shipping experience
Experience in managing a Shipping Department
Familiarity with UPS-Worldship, FedEx and common carrier freight systems
Export shipping experience required
Must be hands-on and be able to safely lift heavy parcels
Routinely handle cartons and shipments up to 70 lbs.
Be able to handle strong corporate growth
Recommend procedures to increase efficiency and productivity
Must have basic computer skills, SAP experience a plus

Excellent math and writing skills
Must be reliable & dependable and have a strong work ethic
Salary: $20.-$25. /hr. Hourly Employee
$50-60K Salary Employee
Depending upon experience
