Full-time Telephone Representative needed for a dental office located in Rancho Cordova, CA. The Telephone Rep will respond to incoming calls from Denti-Cal providers, beneficiaries and their representatives; track calls on the Provider and Beneficiary Correspondence Tracking System; respond to incoming calls in English and Spanish from Medi-Cal dental Beneficiaries and/or their representatives concerning general program policies, regional screening appointments, treatment Authorization Request (TAR) Notifications, complaints; refer callers to Denti-Cal providers; reschedule regional screening appointments; and refer callers to other agencies or resources. This is a long term temporary position. Pays $16/Hr. Bilingual in Spanish a plus. MUST HAVE PRIOR DENTAL EXPERIENCE!!!!
