This is a fantastic opportunity for an aspiring Marketing and Brand Manager to join an award winning medical supply company based near High Wycombe.


Responsible for the brand management of the (Medical) Home Delivery Service (current and future patients, key opinion leaders, patient associations and other key stakeholder groups). The perfect candidate will have a strong focus on creating, sourcing and co-ordinating quality content for use via various communication channels; building effective relationships with stakeholders both internal and external; organising and delivering meaningful events which raise the profile and build the brand. To research, plan and deliver at least one major event per year (subject to budget) that creates opportunity to attract new customers to the service.


They will also produce regular, engaging PR content for use throughout appropriate communication channels. To work with the Head of Customer Services to organise and plan patient meetings throughout the year and co-ordinate interesting and relevant content. You will behave in a professional manner at all times and build professional relationships with customers that enhance the Company’s quality image.


Some of the Essentials are as follows:


  • Experience and/or qualifications in marketing, brand management, internal communications or related area

  • Excellent and proven copywriting skills with ability to write for different channels and audiences

  • Excellent planning, project management and organisational skills

  • Experience in successful event organisation and leading on these events

  • Experience in identifying impactful stories that make great content both on and off line

  • Excellent and proven relationship building skills with both internal and external stakeholders

  • Outstanding communication skills

  • Experience of budget planning and management

  • Ability to effectively prioritise multiple demands / stakeholders, make good decisions and action promptly

The desirables:


  • Experience in Consumer / FMCG / Healthcare

  • Experience and knowledge of the NHS / Stoma / Urology

  • Experienced in presenting

This is a Full time role – Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week) however you will be required to work additional hours as necessary for successful completion of your duties.
