The purpose of this job is to provide clerical support to the Athens-Clarke County Juvenile Court. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, answering phones, greeting visitors, organizing and maintaining files, performing data entry tasks, distributing mail, and performing additional tasks as assigned.
Qualified applicants must possess:
1. High school diploma or equivalent;
2. Six months of clerical, office, or data entry experience required;
3. Or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this position.
4. May be required to acquire Notary Status.

This is a non-merit position (at-will) and serves at the discretion of the Department Director.
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday 10am-2pm with occasional night and weekend work required. Hours may be adjusted based on court needs. May have to work on religious holidays.
