This is a part-time customer services role within a friendly company based in High Wycombe paying around £9.60 per hour. The hours are 10.00am to 1.00pm Monday to Friday.
Your role will be to make calls to existing customers with a view to scheduling orders for processing. You will be using your skills of up-selling and cross-selling to identify business opportunities and will be responsible for regularly cleansing your database. Full administrative back-up will also be required.
For this role you will need a proven customer service background and telesales skills as well as an excellent telephone manner and database skills.
This is a part-time permanent role which will give you 25 days holiday, pension scheme, private health care, life assurance, child care vouchers, free parking etc.
