Must be flexible and able to work any shift: 7am- 3pm, 5pm-11pm,weekends and Holidays required
- ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*
*Check in/check out guests, greet guests, assign rooms to guests, issue room keys
*Answers phone in professional manner,handles professionally all calls, mail, and messages for guests and staff members
*Makes cancels and confirms guest reservations, post charges to guest account
*Handles complaints courteously and relays through proper channels if need be
*Smile and maintain a friendly, courteous and polite manner
*Complete knowledge of all available rates and hotel policies and procedures
*Maintains Front desk area clean and orderly at all times
*Give guest “Courtesy Call” within 30 minutes of arrival
*Complete all required reports and bucket check
