The Technology Service Center Supervisor is responsible for daily operations of Service Center processes and procedures. This includes: managing, planning and prioritizing the support personnel within the Service Center to ensure end users are receiving superior client and IT service. Additional responsibilities include leading and managing the Service Center operation that is governed by ITIL and ITSM processes and procedures. The Technology Service Center Supervisor develops implements and enforces these processes and procedures to ensure consistent service and improved stability of the environment. This position provides management and direction to Service Center Technical Analysts.
The Technology Service Center Supervisor has experience with the management of people, finances, customer service, and daily operations for the Technology Service Center. The person in this role must possess strong foundational training and experience in ITIL or equivalent service delivery methodologies. Prior services and support experience with a multi-disciplinary health care delivery system a plus. Strong customer service skills and a desire to build a world class IT Service Center for Fairview. This role must demonstrate the ability to problem solve, provide leadership, and manage complex situations during IT service interruptions. The Technology Service Center Supervisor will be responsible for organizing, assembling staff, and leading areas of customer facing command centers as they become necessary.



Qualifications


Education:
Minimum Education
Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of directly applicable work experience or any combination of post-secondary and directly applicable experience totaling 4 years.

MBA
Experience:
Minimum Experience
5 years directly applicable experience relevant to technology or service discipline
Preferred Experience
2 years direct supervisory or leadership experience in a fast growing Service Center environment
