Operations Manager, Hemel Hempstead, £45- 50000 + Car + 10% Bonus
My client, a leading organisation within the FMCG industry, based in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire are recruiting for a dynamic, driven Operations Manager to lead a regional, operating team supplying London or the Home Counties.

You will be reporting to the MD, working alongside 4 other Operations Managers. It will be your responsibility to lead and develop a field based team to increase revenue and profits for the organisation.
You will need:
- To be degree educated
- Previous sales and customer facing experience
- Previous team management experience, ideally field based, with an ability to get the best out of your staff
- To be commercially astute with experience of budgets and P&L management
- Experience within the catering, retail or hospitality industry would be desirable but open to all backgrounds and industries
You will be responsible for managing, coaching and developing a team of approx. 20 reports out in the field.
You will be required to work with your team to maintain and develop relationships with new & existing customers as well as attending site visits to secure business and facilitate growth.
It is down to you to encourage a “can-do” culture and positive attitude throughout your team.
