Basic Qualifications: Associates degree. Must have demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Must have demonstrated oral/written communication skills. Must be able to work in a fast-paced structured environment with a team approach. Must possess proven technical and computer skills. Duties: Answering incoming calls from healthcare professionals and consumers. Provide in-depth information and specific product and/or corporate knowledge to customers. Resolution of customer issues may involve extensive analysis, research, and problem-solving. Must possess strong technical and computer skills and the ability to use multiple systems to extract and communicate information to customers. Charged with building and strengthening customer relationships, obtaining strategic information, demonstrating broad knowledge and providing appropriate product information.
Preferred Qualifications: Four year college degree. Call center, Help Desk, or related customer service experience.
