E-commerce men’s underwear business has a full-time position opening in our fast paced office/warehouse environment. We are looking for someone with a great work ethic. This is a demanding job so please only apply if your current and previous employers all will tell us that you are a “very hard worker”. Days are Monday through Friday. Hours are 7am – 4pm from M-Th and 7am – 1:30pm on Fridays, but could vary on occasion as needed.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Taking customer service phone calls and responding to customer service emails.
Data entry, reporting, handle customer returns.
Write descriptions for new products added to the websites.
Order picking in warehouse.
Verify orders picked for accuracy and process shipments.
Inventory control.
Shipping out packages.
Keeping warehouse and offices clean.
Bank reconciliation work using Paypal, Amazon and Quickbooks.
Basic requirements:
Must be 5’8″ in height as minimum. Needed to reach up high.
Experience in warehouse and customer service.
Knowledge of software, such as Quickbooks, Word, Excel and internet browsing.
Speak, write and read perfect English.
Ability to carry 30 lbs.
