The Part Time Customer Care representative will be an integral contributor to assisting customers by providing product and service information; and the resolution of product and service issues.


Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:


*Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services. (e.g, rewards, Onetwine)
*Creates customer accounts by recording account information.
*Maintains customer records by updating account information.
*Resolves product, reward or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
*Answers member emails in a timely and efficient fashion.
*Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.


Desired Skills and Experience


*High School Diploma or higher
*1+ year or more Customer Service related experience
*Microsoft Office Suite
*Quality Focus
*Problem Solving
*Market Knowledge
*Documentation Skills
*Ability to work concurrently on multiple assignments
*Ability to meet assigned deadlines
*Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management
