Job Description
Perform the Front Desk operations to ensure the maintenance of financial controls, and compliance with hotel standards. Coordinate with other departments (i.e. Security, Housekeeping) to ensure quality service is provided to all guests.

Represent the hotel to all guests and callers

Accurately take reservations, complete check-in and check-out procedures
*
Make corrections and adjustments and handle all computer problems that might occur throughout the shift.
*
Help guests with any issues during their stay
*
Balance all revenue and settlement accounts for your shift,
*
Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
*
Perform any other job related duties as assigned.
Experience, Skills and Knowledge
*
Basic mathematical skills and ability to make accurate mathematical calculations using a 10-key.
*
Ability to effectively deal with guest and associate concerns in a friendly and positive manner.
*
Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system.
*
Must have the ability to communicate in English.
*
Prior Hotel Experience Preferred
