Accupac, Inc. is a leading contract manufacturer and packager of pharmaceutical and cosmetic products and medical devices for the consumer healthcare industry. We have been servicing leading industry customers for over thirty five years.
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Packaging Manager who will be responsible for consumer packaging for a three shift operation. We are located in the Lansdale, Pennsylvania area.
This critical position will be responsible to plan and guide all day to day activities within a large Packaging Department, and assure adherence to predetermined schedules by working closely with Manufacturing, Engineering Quality, Customer Service, and resource supply teams.
The PKG MGR must lead a staff of supervisors and operations teams to resolve multi-departmental issues, maintain operations schedules, insure employee safety, provide resource needs, and coordinate with Engineering to improve production efficiencies.
Candidates for this position must possess strong leadership skills, ability to work cooperatively and effectively with a various departments & a diverse workforce, and possess knowledge of machinery and packaging processes. Must have experience with manufacturing inventory systems, have strong oral & written skills, an understanding of SOPs, & cGMPs, and be able to function in high pressure situations.
