As a key team member, you will be responsible for driving incremental sales in finance renewals across your Audi customer base.
We are looking for dynamic, individuals who have experience in successfully improving performance in sales and customer care.
The successful candidates will ideally posses the following:
• Great customer service skills
• An friendly telephone manner
• The ability to influence customers and colleagues
• A self-motivated ‘can do’ attitude with the ability to work well in a team
• A confident and articulate telephone manner with the ability to build rapport
• Resilient, tenacious and proactive
