Intempus Realty is seeking a part-time Property Management /Marketing Assistant for properties currently managed within our company. Intempus Realty is a fast-paced Property Management and Real Estate Brokerage in the South Bay that is committed to its clients, tenants and employees.
Job Functions
The purpose of the Property Management /Marketing Assistant is to assist with day-to-day support of the Property/Marketing Managers and includes but is not limited to; scheduling and executing showing appointments, inbound lead correspondence, lead data entry and a range of marketing duties. The individual will be responsible for managing a working schedule of property showings, communicating with prospective leads via email and phone, keeping a direct dialogue open with the property managers regarding property statuses, lead updates and follow up communications, tracking incoming lead data and assisting the Marketing Manager with any and all marketing duties including photography, social media syndication, content creation and marketing campaigns. Computer skills are a must and social media knowledge is a plus.
We are looking for an Assistant Property Manager with a minimum 2 years customer service experience and an enthusiastic attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow. Candidates must have a strong work ethic and a positive can-do attitude for our busy and challenging workplace. The ideal candidates will possess strong organizational and communication skills, work well in a team setting and be customer- service oriented. Resident and client satisfaction is our top goal at Intempus, and we’re looking for the best! Candidates must be able to work well both independently and under pressure, handling a multitude of needs at different times. Ability to adapt and learn as required a positive, ability to work effectively in a team is a must.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES include, but are not limited to:
Property Management /Customer Service
- Schedule and execute showings of Intempus properties with immediate follow up communication.
- Ensure that all emails and phone calls answered promptly.
- Attend regularly scheduled meetings with staff regarding showings and property leasing progress.
- Maintain awareness of the physical condition of the property and inform management accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records regarding lead data collection, email and phone correspondence, showing calendars and updates to management
Marketing Support
- Assist with marketing campaigns under the direction of the marketing manager
- Photograph and edit property photos for managed homes
- Content creation/posting to social media
- Track marketing data for analytics reporting
Job Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS include, but are not limited to:
- The ideal candidate will have 2+ years’ experience in the customer service field
- Ability to work weekends/some early nights
- Some experience in Residential or Commercial Property Management is a plus
- Organizational skills a must for correspondence and scheduling
- Customer service skills and the ability to develop a rapport with prospects, clients and staff.
- Ability to complete tasks on a timely basis.
- Accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple projects
- Must be available on an as-need basis for after hours and on-call
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Valid, clean California driver license and proof of insurance required for this position, no exceptions
- Must be able to pass strict background checks including references and drug testing.
