The Role:


The Technical Advisor, SIFPO2 is primarily responsible for high-quality stewardship of USAID-funded technical activities implemented through MSI’s flagship global USAID Cooperative Agreement, the Support for International Family Planning and Health Organizations (SIFPO2). The Technical Advisor, SIFPO2 ensures that technical activities align with MSI, USAID and the broader sector’s priorities, and brings MSI’s technical skills, experience and learning to the broader FP community, increasingly influencing priority areas within the FP sector. The role is responsible for strengthening and maintaining technical synergies with SIFPO2 partner organizations and other key USAID implementing partners.


About you:


To be considered for the role you will have:


  • Extensive technical program/activity management experience, preferably gained within the FP/SRH sector or related field.

  • Proven senior level representational experience.

  • Demonstrable understanding of clinical and programmatic issues related to FP programing and service delivery.

  • Broad technical skillset, including research.

  • Experience of designing and supporting SRH research activities.

  • Master’s in Public Health or related subject
