Overview:
To provides accurate and reliable sample data to support refinery operations.
Responsibilities:
• Analyzes process unit, finished product, round robin , and non-scheduled samples in an efficient, timely manner.
• Identifies, reports, and takes corrective actions for abnormal samples and potential equipment problems.
• Monitors and performs preventative maintenance on lab equipment.
• Verifies equipment accuracy using calibration and QC Standards .
• Locates and follows appropriate laboratory methods including sample log-in and data entry.
• Compares sample data to specifications for finished product approval.
• Ensures work area is stocked with necessary supplies to perform tasks efficiently.
